We set up, photograph and optimize listings on Airbnb, and on the other channels you let through.
How it goes
Position
We look at the location, the season and who actually books in that area. A house in Falsterbo and a flat in Malmö are let to entirely different guests, and that decides everything else.
Prepare
We say what needs to be in place before the shoot: textiles, lighting, what is missing in the kitchen, what should go. The list is usually shorter than people expect.
Photograph
We photograph on location, timed around when the light works in that particular property. You see the selection before anything is published.
Launch
Listing, copy in Swedish and English, image order, rates and calendar. We walk the booking flow as a guest would before it goes live.
Optimize
The first weeks tell you the most. We watch how the listing performs and adjust price, images and copy against what actually happens, not what we guessed in step one.
